You may request a return within 28 days of your shipment date.

United Kingdom

We offer complimentary UK returns via FedEx.

To request a return label, please email:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return

We will then provide your prepaid return label and return instructions.

International Returns

For international returns, please first submit your request through our Returns Portal:

  • Your return shipping label
  • Full return instructions

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused (other than trying on for size)
  • In original condition with all labels and tags attached
  • Returned in the original, undamaged packaging

Unfortunately, we may be unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not offer complimentary international returns
  • Any applicable return shipping or courier charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is confirmed to be faulty
Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable once a shipment has cleared customs.

In the event of a return, we are able to refund the value of the merchandise only.


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest turnaround and best product availability, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, or style:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order through our website for your preferred item

This allows replacement orders to be dispatched immediately, subject to stock availability.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

including any applicable return shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
