How to Request a Return
Please contact us before returning any item, so we can provide the correct instructions and ensure a smooth process.

Return Window
You have 28 days from the date of shipment to decide whether your item is suitable.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note, items must be:
• Unworn and unused (other than trying on for size)
• In their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging, undamaged
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags may not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process:
• A full refund
• An exchange
• Or a store credit, if you would prefer
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will refund your shipping or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
