Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Stumper & Fielding Ltd., 107 Portobello Road, London W11 2QB, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 9 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 14 December 2025. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Christmas Giveaway, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
- Follow @stumperandfielding on Instagram.
- Comment on the post, telling us your favourite colour or pattern.
- Save the post (optional).
- Share the reel to your Instagram Stories (optional).
Only entries that complete the required actions will be included in the draw.
5. Prize
The winner will receive one Stumper & Fielding x Tootal silk scarf of their choice, with stock availability applying at the time of selection. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and is not redeemable for cash or store credit.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random using Easypromos, a third-party independent selection tool. The draw will take place within 24 hours of the giveaway closing.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by the official @stumperandfielding account only. We will never request payment, bank details, or sensitive personal information.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Stumper & Fielding reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Shipping & Duties
Stumper & Fielding will cover all shipping costs, including customs duties and import taxes, for delivery to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, or Canada.

10. Data Protection
Personal information provided by the winner (such as name and delivery address) will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Promoter Rights
Stumper & Fielding reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of the promoter’s control.
